At first I was in doubt, but then the compass was already a help for approximate alignment of my self-built satellite system. The fine adjustment I then made with the FS within range.
Furthermore, the compass also did his service with a colleague who did not know if he could receive a satellite system at all, since Astra with the 19.2 degrees east cannot be received in every corner of a house.
Also there the compass did its service. The whole satellites are displayed on the Scale.
 
Fulfills its purpose..
The compass has a twisted nord/south orientation but is clearly marked with an arrow. Various satellites are also displayed on the south side. Speak when I put the compass on the LNB holder, it shows me the direction for the satellite with corresponding markings. If I installed it in the car, it stands on the south instead of the north, which I can drive from my point of view towards the north. This can also be seen by the arrow pointing towards the north. In other words, if you understand the principle, it is clearly worth 5 stars.
Aligning satellite system - Specify following satellite positions:
    
30 ° W - HISPASAT
8 ° W - TELECOM
13 ° E - HOTBIRD
19,2 ° E - ASTRA
3 0,5 ° E - ARABSAT
42 ° E - TURKSAT
 
All data according to manufacturer. 
 
Some do have a small liquid bubble on top this is normal as per photo.
